Disconnect

This happened last time before the other shine rohan. Now it got worst, every time I make a character it's fine at first, but once I relog it says, "Disconnect 101." I can't even get on my characters, 
The only character that survive was my first character, is there a way to remake my characters and get rid of this bug?
