Just wanted to know... what is it? Can someone explain it to me please?

It's simple mate, when you reach 110 lvl you can 'rebirth' using our item mall. It means that you'll start from level 1, but all your previous skill points and stats remain.

if this rebirth system is how i think ..that you can just lvling , lvling and lvling and with vit dekan you kill all ppl and will have milion hp so it is the biggest stupidity I've ever heard !! just my opinion.
